All systems are installed, fully commissioned and certified to British Standard BS 5839. We also provide operator training, manuals, logbooks and test keys.
We offer a planned schedule of weekly fire alarm tests and periodic servicing and certification, undertaken by our experienced team of fire alarm engineers. All visits are recorded in the logbook.
In the event of a power outage, emergency lighting automatically activates to ensure escape routes are adequately illuminated. It is required for those with business premises, high-occupancy residential premises and public sector buildings. We design, install and maintain emergency lighting systems to be fully compliant with British Standards (BS5266). New systems may be installed along side existing lighting or integrated with existing light fittings. We also offer emergency light testing, periodic servicing and certification as part of our comprehensive maintenance services.
